The Moroccan Society for Tourism Engineering (SMIT) is a public institution created in December 2007 with the mission of implementing the strategy for developing Morocco’s tourism offering.

In an increasingly competitive international context, where tourist destinations strive to differentiate themselves, attractiveness has become a major driver of development.

SMIT places attractiveness at the heart of its priorities, with the ambition of maximizing the value of each tourist territory’s assets to turn them into genuine hubs of competitiveness.

Tourism engineering
