The present website www.smit.gov.ma , hereinafter the "Site", and its contents, which may be modified at any time by SMIT, have been created in accordance with the rules applicable in Morocco and are intended for information purposes in order to improve access by the general public and Internet users to information on investment and entrepreneurship. By accessing and using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree with the following conditions, please do not use this site.

Personal data protection

SMIT guarantees compliance with law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. SMIT has put in place protective measures to ensure the confidentiality, security and integrity of Site users' personal data. This data is protected in such a way that it cannot be destroyed, distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorized third parties. The persons authorized to process personal data are aware of their legal obligations with regard to data protection and comply with them. The data collected on the Site is processed in order to better tailor the services offered by SMIT in terms of development, promotion of investment opportunities and business support.
